Content production had grown organically across markets, resulting in duplicated effort, inconsistent standards, high agency spend, and unclear ownership between brand, performance and production teams.
I designed a clear content operating framework covering governance, team structure, briefing, production workflows and quality control. This allowed content to be brought in-house where it made commercial sense, while preserving creative standards and flexibility.
The framework reduced operational complexity, lowered external spend, and enabled teams to deliver more content with greater consistency - supporting both brand ambition and commercial performance.
